From start to finish our shipping process can take from 1-4 weeks depending on your order. Here is a breakdown of the timeline:
Step 1: Initial Sketch & Approval Process
After you have completed your purchase we will email you a link to send us your photos and description of how you would like us to make the drawing.
From the, our artists get to work, creating a unique, hand-drawn black and white sketch. This initial sketch is sent to you for approval or revisions, and we're happy to tweak or even start over again until it meets your vision. This iterative process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the number of revisions.
Step 2: The Color Transformation
Upon your approval of the black and white sketch, we infuse color into your caricature. Just like in step one, we will continue to revise this color version until you are completely satisfied, ensuring your caricature is exactly as you envisioned.
Step 3: Delivery (Digital and/or Physical)
As soon as the color caricature receives your thumbs up, we deliver the digital version to you via email. If you've opted for a physical print as well (5x7, 8x10, or 11x14), we begin the printing process. Your drawing is then carefully packaged and shipped, reaching you within an additional 1-2 weeks.
